Manly and Surrounds
Only 30 minutes by ferry from Sydney CBD, Manly is a real seaside resort with everything you could possibly need for a day out, a weekend or a week beach holiday – it’s not called the ‘Insular Peninsular’ for nothing. Why go any further for your holidays? Leave the car at home and discover the buzzing cosmopolitan flavour mixed with the surf, salt and sand – sounds like the perfect cocktail! You really feel like you are on holidays from the moment you hit the wharf. The rule of thumb is follow the sun – morning sunshine on the surf side then migrate south to the harbour side to take in sunset. Perfect for everyone, with a surf beach on one side or a calm harbour dip on the other, water sports and walking tracks. And plenty of other little gems in the surrounding suburbs.
